Welcome to the Embers Grille website.  My name is Danny Durham Jr.
and I am the owner of Embers Grille.  I began designing the concept of
Embers Grille around June of 2005.  My focus is to provide high
quality fresh menu items at affordable prices in a relaxed friendly
enviroment consistently.  Embers Grille puts the customer's interest
first in everything we do.  Whether it is selecting the perfect 12oz. cut
of Ribeye Steak, hand cut fries, freshly prepared salad, or homemade
desserts.  The attention to detail is highly important because we want
the best for our customers.

The fact is that it's much easier to take short cuts when preparing food.
 For example when you freeze a steak, the water which is a natural
component of all meats turns to a solid ice crystal.  The water expands
as it freezes and this causes the steak tissue to rupture cells.  As a result
the steak loses flavor and springiness.  Embers Grille knows the
difference is in the details and you will taste the difference as one of
our customers.
